Our Story

Zero Trust (ZT) seems to be in the headlines in every industry publication these days, highlighted as a security strategy that organizations need to embrace to stay protected in an increasingly dangerous threat environment. Many large organizations, with sizable IT budgets and teams, have begun their Zero Trust journeys, but adoption has been slow with midsize enterprises (MSEs) and smaller organizations. When we spoke with them, there was pretty much universal buy-in to the promise of a Zero Trust security approach, but there were two primary issues holding them back from existing ZT solutions – cost and complexity.

As Gartner highlighted in 3 Dynamics that Drive Midsize Enterprises, “vendor solutions targeting MSEs, derived from a highly fragmented segmentation scheme, are often not cost-effective or sized properly for MSEs.” We developed ZTEdge to address this dilemma for MSEs and the MSSPs that serve them.

The ZTEdge SASE Security Platform is developed by Ericom Software a company whose security and access solutions support companies around the globe, including thousands of small and medium-sized businesses. We leveraged this experience to develop the industry’s first comprehensive SASE platform designed specifically for small and medium enterprises.

When you see the demo, we are confident you will leave with three impressions:

  • Comprehensive – “This is a really good fit with our key use cases.”
  • Simple – “The intuitive design, with powerful technology under the hood, makes it easy to adopt.”
  • Affordable – “It is approximately half the cost of competitive alternatives.”

And we heard you regarding how you wanted the service delivered – via Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). We have partnered with leading MSSPs to deliver exactly what you want, a comprehensive, simple, and affordable Zero Trust security platform delivered as a managed service – that’s ZTEdge.
